our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you.
la base studio offers ground standard delivery to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door). the typical delivery window for US continental is 5 –10 business days from the day your order is shipped. other locations will require additional time.
once the order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. if you need us to hold on to your package a bit longer, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll be happy to help!
almost all orders are shipped through FedEx and can be tracked directly from your shipping confirmation email.
standard delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials. if you made any special request or modifications shipping times might vary.
we can ship to a domestic freight forwarder of your choice for delivery overseas. we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) destinations.
online orders are only available for customers located in the US and Argentina. however, we are always available to help you create an order whenever possible! contact us at [email protected] with your order request and delivery details and we’ll do our best to assist you.

once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. we will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.
our policy lasts 30 days. if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. we apologize for not being able to accept any returns from abroad the US.
please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. we take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. you may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer cardboard has been worn during the original trip out to you.
if you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused la base studio purchase within 14 days. due to the high quality of the materials and fabrics used in la base studio products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if your refund has been approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send you all the details. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
